Lindsay Lohan announces engagement to Bader S Shammas

First, Britney Spears was released, then Paris Hilton got married, and now Lindsay Lohan is engaged. Let 2021 forever be called the year of redemption for this 2006 convoy.

On Sunday, November 28, Lohan announced her engagement to Bader Shammas, assistant vice president at Credit Suisse. The actor shared the good news with fans on Instagram and Twitter, posting a series of sweet photos of the couple showing off their engagement rings. “My love. My life. My family. My future,” she wrote in the caption, tagging her fiance and adding the hashtag #“ #love ”, followed by the expression Ring emoji.

Lohan also tagged her siblings, Dakota Lohan and Aliana Lohan, in the post, as well as Harry Winston. And both Aliana and their mother, Dina Lohan, retweeted their Instgram story post to celebrate the couple.

This may be one of the first times we hear about the pair, but Lindsay and Bader have actually been dating for three years, her rep told E! News. Not much is known about Lindsay’s future husband, but based on his LinkedIn, Bader is already based in Dubai for about four years. Before that, he attended the University of South Florida from 2007-2010 and the University of Tampa from 2010-2012. Unfortunately, Bader’s Instagram appears to be private, but a unverified account under his name retweeted Lohan’s announcement.
