Leslie Grace Gives First Look at Her Badass Outfit for HBO Max’s ‘Batgirl’
Leslie Grace, star of HBO Max coming soon Bat girl, dropped the first look at her outfit as she prepared for her turn as the Caped Crusader.
“I use their expectations against them. That would be their weak point. Not mine. Let them all underestimate me…” she captioned the post, quoting lines from the comic Batgirl: Year One. “And when they let their guard down, and their pride is rising, let me kick their ass.”
Grace’s photo of Barbara Gordon on a cement floor, gazing into the distance. The outfit is a stylized version of its comic book counterpart, complete with a yellow cape to boot.
The film comes out after Grace’s breakout role in last year’s film adaptation of In The Heights, in which she played the role of Nina Rosario. The latest entry in the DC Extended Universe will also feature JK Simmons taking on the role of James Gordon Police Commissioner Michael Keaton in the second Batman revenge following. The Flash, and Brendan Fraser as the villain Firefly.
