For years now, fans have been eagerly anticipating Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga release date. Unfortunately, the game has been delayed several times, leaving fans bewildered about the release date. Some are also worried about the game platform coming out as it was originally supposed to come out first PS5 and Xbox Series X | S rescue.

The Lego Star Wars: Skywalker Saga release date will be around early 2022. The latest gameplay trailer, which first appeared at Gamescom 2021, gives that release date. As for what “early 2022” means, anyone can guess. We think it was sometime between January and March when we heard that, but the exact time is still unknown.

The original release date of Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga was October 20, 2020. However, that date comes and goes with no sign of the game. At Gamescom Opening Night Live 2020, Skywalker Saga was announced as Released in the first half of 2021, but it was delayed to April 2, 2021.

There is no word on the reason behind the delay. Our assumption is that the developer of Traveler’s Tales may be having issues with the new NTT engine that will power the game. Alternatively, the studio could have delayed it so it could include material outside of The Skywalker Saga. It has been announced that character packs from The Mandalorian, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Solo: A Star Wars Story and Star Wars: The Bad Batch will be included in the Deluxe Edition. So really, the game will go beyond its original scope of just material from The Skywalker Saga.
