Latest Phasmophobia patch adds priority system for photo evidence

The Cursed Possession Update changed The fear of phasmophobia in many interesting ways when it was released last month. It added a new ghost and items, such as the Summoning Circle and Voodoo Doll. But the popular ghost hunting game is far from over, friends. Developer Kinetic Games has put a lot of effort into tweaking it, and today it delivered a new patch. It’s not as scary as Cursed Possessions, but it changes things for the better. The fear of phasmophobia Available now a new priority system for photo proof and some of its bugs have been cleaned up.

You can skip calling it ‘photo stickers’, as some of the most important changes are geared towards the camera. From now on, photographic evidence will be prioritized, starting with the actual ghost at the top. Following the ghost, the priority list continued with bones, then fingerprints, footprints, corpses, interactions, cursed items, and finally dirty water.

With the update, more ghost photos won’t count as proof. Using the preference system above instead, The fear of phasmophobia will look for other types of evidence in the photograph. In theory, if you happen to take a picture of a certain spirit standing next to a tub of dirty water, and you already have a picture of the ghost, that’s the second picture that has been examined. Lucky for you, if you We Snap some phantoms, it will be easier. Partially hidden ghosts are now easier to photograph.

Show me your good side

The new update also brings a good list of changes and bug fixes. Sadly, one of those changes removed all the Christmas decorations. This dark and spooky game feels a lot less fun now. But fortunately, some of the changes are nice. One of them reduces the volume of the bulb that breaks when you are killed by a ghost. For some people, like myself, I find that noise far more terrifying than the ghosts themselves.

Most fixes are for bugs, such as a fix for an indoor candle that doesn’t light properly. There is also a fix for a bug that prevented the ghost from hearing the player, but I won’t mind that.
