KRU Esports Knocks Out Sentinels

KRU Esports took down the Sentinels on day six of Valorant Champions, which should come as a shock to fans, to say the least. The two-time Valorant Champions Tour Masters winners were considered by many as a “team” to watch, but the team’s run came to an abrupt end after two consecutive defeats.

Sentinels vs KRU Esports Match 2 – Haven (KRU won 13-11)

Roberto”Mazino“Rivas and Angelo”Keznit“Mori increased the chances for KRU and despite being heavily behind in the first half, the team managed to pull off a crazy comeback. From an 8-4 lead in the first half, the KRU took nine wins in the second half to win the game.

Sentinels vs KRU Esports Match 3 – Split (KRU won 13-11)

Keznit burned throughout the match with 21 kills to his name, putting him above everyone else on his team. The third map is a repeat of Haven with the Sentinels falling 8-4, only for the KRU to recover.

With the win, KRU became the first non-European team to reach the knockout stages while North America still has no representatives in the top eight.
