Kristina Frost sues San Diego County after she was jailed with men and punched

When Kristina Frost was detained on Nov. 25, 2020, she mentioned, she was repeatedly misgendered by San Diego jail staffers regardless of her telling them that she was transgender and regardless of her driver’s license stating her gender, in response to a lawsuit filed this week in a federal courtroom in San Diego. After deputies escorted Frost to a “minimally monitored” cell with three males “towards her needs,” in response to the lawsuit, one of many males waited till Frost fell asleep after which attacked her.
