Since it was first revealed, Matthew Vaughn has been making great designs for Kingsman franchise for at least seven feature films and one television show, the business has been viewed with a certain degree of skepticism.

That’s fair enough, really, especially when you remember that Disney now controls the fortune following the Mouse House acquisition of Fox, and R-rated action blockbusters have never really been a match. with corporate power. On the plus side, Vaughn is adamant that Kingsman 3 with Taron Egerton and Colin Firth filming by this time next year, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the filmmaker has revealed the ambitious next phase of Kingsman expansion, including all the sequels, prequels, and TV shows at once.

“In a perfect world, we would do Kingsman 3 years later, that was the end of the Eggsy-Harry relationship. All ready to go. COVID has slowed us down a bit, but we’re ready to shoot next year. And then we really wanted to make a sequel to The King’s Man, will talk about the first decade of the Kingsman agency with our characters that you see at the end of this section.

And look, if we can get that far with these two, we’ll probably get rid of Statesman [from Kingsman: The Golden Circle] like a TV show. I fell in love Loki, but we don’t want to be too greedy or too arrogant to think we can make all these things. It’s more if the public asks for it. So second The King’s Man almost ready to go, but Kingsman 3 ready to go. So that would be the next two steps, and if they work, then take them one at a time. “

The King’s Man currently showing in theaters and though Reviews have been conservative and the box office certainly won’t be appealing, it doesn’t seem to dampen Vaughn’s enthusiasm for more content. He knows that it all depends on whether the audience wants to see more KingsmanIn its unique brand of irreverent spying, it’s a question that most likely won’t be definitively answered until the story of Eggsy and Harry Hart is over.
