Kim Kardashian Pays Estranged Husband Kanye West $23 Million For Hidden Hills Property

Because the divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West continues, it appears the ex-couple has settled on one factor, their Hidden Hills residence. Based on newly obtained courtroom paperwork, Kim Kardashian paid Kanye West $23 million for the property that the couple bought collectively in 2014.

The fact star and Grammy-winning rapper purchased the house shortly after they married and rebuilt it from the bottom up. With Kanye West spearheading the redesign, the house, which initially value $20 million, is now price over $60 million.

With the $23 million buyout, Kardashian reportedly paid $20 million for the property and $3 million for its contents like artwork and furnishings.

As beforehand reported, Kim Kardashian has been dwelling within the residence with their 4 youngsters, North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, after submitting for divorce from Kanye West in February. In the meantime, West has spent most of his time at his ranch in Wyoming.
