Kim Kardashian asks judge to declare her legally single amid ongoing divorce from Kanye West

According to the report, Kim KardashianThe 41-year-old asked the judge to declare her single amid her divorce from the rapper Kanye West, 44. Kim Kardashian announced that it filed a court filing yesterday (December 10) asking for her maiden name to be restored. She also requested separation of custody and property issues from her marital status.

As previously reported, Kim caused a stir earlier this year when she filed for divorce from Kanye West after 6 years of marriage. The couple has four children together, North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2. Kim currently rumored to be dating an actor/comedian Pete Davidson, 28.

Although Kim seemed ready to leave their marriage behind her, Kanye West may not be on the same page. On December 9, Kanye took the stage for his ‘Free Larry Hoover’ concert with drake at the Los Angeles Arena. According to the report, during the event, Kanye dedicated the song ‘Runaway’ to his estranged wife. After Kanye sing,

“I need you to run right back to me, baby.”

He added,

“More specifically, Kimberly.”
