Kevin Hart-Led The Man From Toronto Gets Pushed Back to Summer 2022

Sony Footage has formally delayed the discharge date for Patrick Hughes’ upcoming The Man From Toronto. Initially scheduled for a January 14, 2022 launch, the action-comedy pic has been pushed again to seven months later and is now slated to reach in theaters subsequent summer time on August 12, 2022.

Its new premiere date will see the Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson-led movie going up in opposition to two different comedies within the type of Paramount Footage’ Secret Headquarters starring Owen Wilson and Common Footage’ Bros starring Billy Eichner.

The Man From Toronto is directed by Hitman’s Bodyguard filmmaker Patrick Hughes from a screenplay penned by Robbie Fox (Taking part in for Retains) and Chris Bremner (Unhealthy Boys for Life). It tells the story of the world’s deadliest murderer and New York’s largest screwup as they’re mistaken for one another at an Airbnb rental.

The movie stars Kevin Hart (Journey Alongside), Woody Harrelson (Zombieland), Kaley Cuoco (The Flight Attendant), Ellen Barkin (Animal Kingdom), Lela Loren (Altered Carbon), and Kate Drummond (Wynnona Earp, Utopia Falls).

The Man From Toronto is government produced by Invoice Bannerman, Aaron L. Gilbert, and Jason Fabric, with Steve Tisch, Todd Black, and Jason Blumenthal set as producers.

Jason Statham was initially attached for the leading role however he determined to exit the challenge as a result of artistic variations with the studio because the Transporter star needed an edgier, R-rated tone for the pic.
