Kathleen Moore’s body found in Florida as boyfriend faces murder charges
Collin S. Knapp, Moore’s 30-year-old boyfriend, was charged Tuesday with second-degree murder, and has been denied binding. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said a decomposing body of an adult woman was found near the New Port Richey, Fla., home of Knapp.
