Kanye West rumored to release new album at Las Vegas music event

Speculation is building that Kanye West will be releasing a new album in the near future, following rumors of an exclusive listening event for the record being held in Las Vegas.

The announcement that West’s new album was about to be released first came from Internet personality Justin Laboy, who said the rapper played the album for both him and professional basketball player Kevin Durant over the weekend.

“Kanye played his new album for me & @ KDTrey5 last night in Vegas,” Laboy wrote.

“The production was a few light years ahead of time, and the bars sounded like he was broke and desperate to try and get his contract signed again. Artists who plan to drop soon, just push back.”
