Kanye West refuses to sign documents that would allow Kim Kardashian to claim legally single statement amid their ongoing divorce

Kanye “Ye” West maybe trying to hold on to his estranged wife Kim Kardashian by any means necessary.

As previously reportedin December, the news broke that Kim Kardashian41 years old, asking the judge to declare her single in the context of her divorce from rapper Kanye West44. In legal documents, Kim Kardashian is reportedly asking to have her maiden name restored and to ask the court to separate custody and property issues from her marital status.

It’s been almost two months since Kim’s filed in court and it seems Kanye West is the center of the delay. According to recent reports, rapper ‘Moon’ is refusing to sign the dotted line, this will move Kim’s forward request. An insider shared,

“Kim is still trying to change her status from ‘married’ to ‘single’ before they finalize the divorce proceedings, but Ye has not signed it yet.”

They continued,

“The resolution of this divorce was not something he acted on quickly, despite Kim’s efforts.”

Kanye made headlines over the weekend for the claim that Kim accused him of planning to kill her. In a now-deleted post, he said,

“Yesterday, Kim accused me of hitting her, so let me get this straight. I asked permission to go to my daughter’s party and I was charged with drug use. Then I went out with my son and I took my Akira graphic novel and I was accused of stealing. Now I’m being accused of hitting her. ”

He continued:

“These ideas can really get someone locked up. [The Kardashians] Play the same with black men’s lives whether it’s freeing them or keeping them locked up. I don’t play about my black kids anymore”.
