Kakarot content seems confirmed for 2022

CyberConnect 2 is clearly a busy beaver. Not only New Demon Slayer game launched in October 2021, but the company has released quite a few updates for the new year. The first was an announcement of the new game in February, with many believing it to launch this summer. Second, CyberConnect2 confirmed Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will continue to run DLC in 2022 and third, there is a special announcement regarding Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.
Of all these, perhaps the latter is the most mysterious. A new game can be anything, with many fans eagerly awaiting a new game Naruto good game a legit game Super Dragon Ball game, but the exact wording of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot the announcement seems to imply that new DLC or something else is coming.
The release Dragon Ball Z: KakarotTrunks DLC’s was billed as the final DLC for the game, which is true, but wording from Producer Hashino (as highlighted by Youtuber Dmgaming) in the aforementioned special message could imply otherwise. Producer Hashino commented that 2021 sees the launch of the “third DLC”, that everyone on the team will “give their best again this year”, and that it hopes fans will Join him in “picking up a great 2022 with Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. ”
These may be minor differences and it’s impossible to ignore that some things may be lost in the translation, but the third DLC is by no means the final DLC. Furthermore, the only real content known to be in development for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is the Card Warriors of the Switch version and that doesn’t really support the “give your best” statement. Hashino also emphasized DBZ: Kakarot at the end, hinting the team is working on new content for the game. Arguably, the most logical inference is more DLC, perhaps in the form of Super Dragon Ball content or Dragon ball movie content.
In short, there is definitely more content in the works for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot this year, but Dmgaming’s analysis of the situation goes a step further. He pointed out that DBZ: Kakarot The manufacturer did not name the DLC, while Xenoverse 2 manufacturer does not. That could be because the former is said to have had its “final” DLC, while more for Xenoverse 2 no surprise. Or, it could mean something bigger than just another DLC in the works.
It’s tin hat territory, but this could mean Super Dragon Ball sequel of Kakarot is in the works, can connect the dots with new game notifications even though the name Hashino is reduced DBZ: Kakarot special. Steam files might suggest that it’s not just a DLC, but a New season card for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. It could even be the lifelike PS5 and Xbox Series X versions of the game. There are quite a few possibilities, but at the end of the day, it seems seven dragon pearls fans can eat well in 2022.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot available for PC, PS4, Stadia, Switch and Xbox One.
