K-Pop group BTS collaborates with us

Shocking K-Pop around the world BTS is collaborating with Among Us in a new teaser video released by the group’s management company.

There aren’t many games that say “Fake Love” more Between us. Looks like social deduction game developers Innersloth and South Korean company HYBE Entertainment agree, and it feels like K-POP BTS is teaming up to showcase the group’s character avatars in Between us.

BTS’ management team HYBE Entertainment released an announcement video featuring BTS’ LINE FRIENDS avatar, BT21, in Between us Style. LINE FRIENDS is a popular social media platform in South Korea that uses animal avatars to portray users on the service. These avatars served as the digital stickers used on that platform, and LINE FRIENDS has expanded into many shops, anime, and even theme parks in the area. One of the company’s core tenets is worldwide brand partnerships, and that’s now expand to bring Between us and BT21 together.

The trailer features BT21 characters sitting on or around a couch, similar to how some Between us promotional art made with their crew members when they were suddenly teleported into space. The characters have been created Between us teammates, but according to the trailer, these skins will not appear in the game. ARMY, BTS’s fandom, happy for this associate with Between us is happening even though the trailer says there won’t be an in-game appearance. The official announcement of what HYBE has planned will be released on November 25.

Since the game was really successful in 2020, Between us went through some upgrades to keep the game fresh. The game most recently released an update that brings its own in-game currency, progress tracking, spins on the Battle Pass, and more earlier this month. The game has also officially added New roles for crew members, a function previously only available on PC with complex mods.

Innersloth is also gearing up to bring the game to consoles later this year, and physical copies of the game will release in 2022. Between usThe console release had to be pushed back and the team worked hard to prepare the game for a potential second wind. There are also 3 different versions of Between us Collectors editions will also be available when the game launches on consoles.

Between us Available now on Android, iOS, PC, and Switch, and will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on December 14.
