The Ottawa Police Service investigated the taking pictures and cleared Crowe, saying the officer’s use of drive was cheap.

The six-person jury is to find out the circumstances round Qirngnirq’s loss of life and make suggestions to forestall related deaths sooner or later.

Whereas attorneys for the coroner and Qirngnirq’s household argue his loss of life was a murder, the RCMP’s lawyer has stated it was suicide.
