Former Slipknot drummer and co-founder Joey Jordison has died on the age of 46.

An announcement from his household didn’t disclose the reason for dying, however did share that he had died ‘peacefully in his sleep’ on Monday. A non-public funeral service will likely be held at an undisclosed location.

The household stated: ‘We’re heartbroken to share the information that Joey Jordison, prolific drummer, musician and artist handed away peacefully in his sleep on July twenty sixth, 2021. He was 46.
