Ironically, both actors benefited from Zack Snyder’s 4-hour cut Alliance justice, which makes them more present in the story and has more to chew on, but it looks like it will. However, in a most unexpected and totally welcome turn of events, Simmons is gearing up for his first-screen return in the HBO Max exclusive. Bat girl.

“I was completely surprised when they came back to me recently and wanted me to be Commissioner Gordon again and have a more important role. I’m looking forward to it. I think I will start using to [Leslie Grace] and directors over the next few days and did some preliminary rehearsals. They started very early and I hopped on board around January in Glasgow, a great place to shoot it because it’s gothic. I’m happy to be Jim Gordon once and in the future. I had a long discussion with you about how we wanted to portray him. The introduction of Batgirl and the introduction of Jim Gordon was a really exciting one. ”

Taken on Bat girl expected to start soon, and anyone who says they’re not excited about the prospect of JK Simmons and Brendan Fraser starring opposite each other as a gray-haired cop and dangerous villain in a superhero blockbuster are lying in their teeth.
