Jermaine Dupri is giving fans more insight into his old relationship with Janet Jackson. In a recent interview about Ryan Cameron Uncensored, the legendary producer recounted that when she was still dating an A-list female singer, she showed up unannounced at his house.

Ryan Cameron recall the incident, stating clearly:

“[Jermaine Dupri] been somewhere and [Janet Jackson] somewhere else, and this is before you all are a thing… And she was like, “Jermaine, where are you?” And you said like, “I’m in such and such” and she was like, “okay,” and then you come home and she’s, like, downstairs… Do you remember telling me that? “

But Jermaine answer

“Oh yeah, I think I remember telling you don’t mess with rich women”
