In what is likely to be the largest shift for the longtime awards program, entrants will now not be evaluated solely on their output — for cooks, that will be the meals that seems on diner’s plates, or for meals media, their tales and segments. Entrants should embrace a written, video, or audio assertion about how their work aligns with the awards’ mission and values of fairness, sustainability and group.
