Issa Rae partners with Airbnb, offers LA Home for $56/day on Valentine’s weekend

Call all ‘Insecure’ fans! Look same Issa Rae is offering one lucky fan the chance to live a life of luxury for a weekend!

The 37-year-old actor/producer is collaborating with Airbnb, to give fans a weekend away at her gorgeous home in South LA. The stay will also include an itinerary curated by Issa herself, including the chance to meet her virtual. In the airbnb list, Issa Rae speak,

“I invite guests to spend a weekend in my hometown experiencing the culture, business, and community that influence my storytelling on screen. I can’t wait to see with my own eyes all that makes black LA so special.”

She continues to express her love for LA,

Reportedly, reservations will open February 8 at 1 p.m. EST for a stay for $56 a night from Saturday, February 12 through Valentine’s Day on Monday, the 14th. February. According to the listing, it’s not just fans who have a chance. To stay in the beautifully decorated LA home, there is also a list of fun activities planned including: Super Bowl 2022 Taco Dinner “Game Day” for two, panoramic views Los Angeles and Hollywood Hills from the outdoor lounge, use “Sienna Naturals” hair care products and relax by the beautiful pool.

The mid-century LA Pad, located in View Park, is also decorated with artwork by local black artists such as Maya Iman, Vakseen and Domonique Brown, who Issa Rae intentionally choose to highlight black artists.

On the Airbnb listing, she says:

“It is exciting to see the neighborhood getting the attention it deserves as people gear up for a football-loving Sunday. From Leimert Park or View Park to Inglewood and Baldwin Hills, you’ll quickly learn why South LA is home to some of the city’s best, if little-known, food, art, creativity and culture. come over. ”
