Is Moon Knight British?
The obvious reason why people want to know if Moonlight Knight whether he is British or not depends on his British accent. But according to the comics, Marc Spector was born in Chicago, Illinois, into a Jewish American family. He even escaped to join the US Marines and served in Force Recon for 3 years.
A possible reason for the character to speak with a British accent could be a result of Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), which sometimes causes him to relive memories of his past life. And this is also the reason why Steven cannot distinguish what is a dream and what is real.
Moon Knight’s Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) Explained

For Confused Identity Disorder, also known as Multiple Personality Disorder, is a state in which the same person has two or more identities with each identity having a name, personality, history, nature and unique characteristics.
