When you’ve gathered all five pieces in Count Sheep, return to the Cave of Gold in the northeastern part of the Isle of Skye. Interact with the lotus, this will cause the large doorway to open. Go through the tunnels while avoiding the poisonous gas.

Finally, you will see a cave with stalagmites sticking out of a puddle. Swim underwater to reach the opposite side and follow the steps to reach the next area.

Inside the spacious room you will need to kill the deranged villagers. Once you’ve got them out, a cutscene will show Kassandra taking out an ambush. Get ready because you will face more evils.

When you’re done, Kassandra will ask you to help her with the Isu devices. Before you do that, however, you can climb the steps to reach a small campsite.

Follow the winding tunnels to the end. You will come across a wooden walkway with the exit on the right.

Smash the obstacles along the way to reveal some dynamite bottles. Use these to blow up walls, allowing you to pick up a Tungsten Ingot (Wealth Collector).

Once you’ve done that, it’s time to solve the Light in the Light puzzle Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. First, Kassandra has focused one of the light beams, so that’s okay. However, you need to align both further away from the door:

  • Move Stand #1 so it can reflect the beam to Stand #2.
  • Rotate and aim Platform 2 so that the beam hits the column to the right of the door.

  • Aim Platform #4 so that the beam hits the left column of the door.

That’s it, you’ve solved the Light in puzzle puzzle Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, but you’re not done yet. You still need to dig deeper into the Cave of Gold. Follow Kassandra and she will tell you some tidbits about her past. The Greek statues and masks of the Kosmos Cult here are only illusions created by the artifact Isu.

Sadly, Kassandra recalls the child, Phoibe, after seeing a wooden eagle toy. Therefore, Eivor must take the artifact alone, the Apple of Eden.

This caused great pain and only Kassandra’s timely intervention could save our Viking warrior. Eivor laughs at how small the Apple of Eden is – because she doesn’t know its true power – before handing it over to Kassandra.

She then invites Misthios to celebrate. This leads to One last sleepless night, the end of the Isle of Skye arc.
