Injustice 3 leaks

Today, Ed Boon posted a tweet adapted from a Esquire video featuring Keanu Reeves Ask him if he wants to see it The Matrix’s Neo or John Wick appearing in Mortal Kombat. Reeves doesn’t want to see it, saying “they’re doing their own thing,” but Boon’s new video ends with one word: “Injustice?” in the game’s font along with the comment in the tweet “but maybe instead…?” Since both are Warner Bros. properties, Neo from The Matrix would be a great fit for the Injustice series as a cameo fighter.

Unfortunately, this leak is in fact a huge troll for fans of Ed Boon, who immediately follow it with “this tweet is for entertainment only. DO NOT tease for any kind of message. This certainly isn’t the first time he’s trolled fans hoping for a specific game announcement. Only this year, Boon’s hint of a Marvel Vs DC Comics fighting game and a remake of Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks. What’s worse is that Boon does this so that fans often don’t know when he’s joking – he previously made similar teasing “just for fun” that came true with Mortal Kombat’s Alien, Spawn, and the entire Kombat Pack 2 DLC lineup.

Former fans have hope to see Injustice 3 at DC Fandome in October, but the arrival of Ed Boon there just to talk about the animated movie Injustice. Currently, the only fighting game with announced DC Comics characters is more MultiVersus like Smash Bros, hope to have a release date soon. Injustice 3: Ed Boon trolls Matrix fans by teasing Neo
