Impaired driving arrests made in Peterborough County, City of Kawartha Lakes, Bancroft area: OPP – Peterborough

OPP in central Ontario made a number of impaired driving arrests over the previous few days.

On Tuesday night time, Peterborough County OPP responded to a visitors grievance a few suspected impaired driver on Hwy. 28 in Douro-Dummer Township.

OPP say detectives with the Durham Regional Police Service had been within the space and stopped the car after it was noticed to be travelling erratically. Officers decided the driving force was inebriated.

Savannah Wilson, 22, of Milton, Ont., was arrested and charged with impaired driving

Her driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the car was impounded for seven days. She was launched and is scheduled to look in courtroom in Peterborough on Nov. 3.

City of Kawartha Lakes OPP say two single-vehicle crashes over the weekend led to impaired driving prices.

On Sept. 17 round 7 p.m., officers responded to a single-vehicle rollover on County Highway 121. Police decided the driving force was impaired by alcohol.

Roberta Delville, 19, of Richmond Hill, Ont., was arrested and charged with impaired driving (blood-alcohol focus 80-plus).

Her driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the car was impounded for seven days. She was launched and can seem in courtroom in Lindsay on Oct. 7.

On Sept. 18 round 12:30 a.m., officers situated a car within the ditch alongside Elm Tree Highway within the former Fenelon Township.

The driving force was decided to be impaired.

James Mousseau, 44, of the Metropolis of Kawartha Lakes, was arrested and charged with impaired driving (alcohol and medicines).

He was launched and is scheduled to look in courtroom in Lindsay on Oct. 7.

Bancroft OPP on Sept. 17 responded to a car within the ditch alongside North Baptiste Lake Highway in Hastings Highlands. Officers decided the driving force was impaired.

The driving force, Troy Hogan, 49, of Mississauga, Ont., was arrested and charged with two counts of impaired driving (blood-alcohol focus 80-plus and alcohol and medicines)

He was launched from custody and is scheduled to look in courtroom in Bancroft on Oct. 12.

On Sept. 18 round 1 a.m., officers performed a visitors cease on Cross Highway in Faraday Township and decided a driver was impaired.

Carson Grant, 26, of Bancroft, was arrested and charged with impaired driving (blood-alcohol focus 80-plus).

He was launched and can seem in courtroom in Bancroft on Oct. 19.
