Hello, everyone. I’m Tami Rose and I love Mississippi. I love our beautiful wide open spaces and all of our amazing waterways. I come from a beautiful state where people are so precious and kind to each other on a day-to-day basis. We hold doors open for each other and make eye contact and talk to strangers. We are the hospitality state and we try to make everyone feel welcome.

But on a political level, especially when history comes into play, we can be unspeakably cruel to one another.

I can’t tell you how ashamed I am of my condition today. It pains me in the heart that Mississippi will play a crucial role in the upheaval Roe v. calf.
