If you have not signed up for i-Akaun, you can do so by following these simple steps:
• Step 1: Register at any EPF Kiosk or EPF counter.
• Step 2: You will be given a temporary User ID and password as your activation code. Log in to www.kwsp.gov.my within 30 days and enter the activation code to activate your i-Akaun.
• Step 3: Generate a new user ID, password and secret phrase.
• Step 4: After successful activation, please proceed to login i-Akaun to verify the registered phone number.
