How to watch CoD: Mobile Garena Masters 2022 season 1: Format, groups and streaming

The first season of Call of Duty: Mobile Garena Masters 2022 will run from February 11 to March 13. Sixteen teams from the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia will compete for bragging rights and a share of the $25,000 prize pool.

While Call of Duty: Mobile has been developed by Activision, in Southeast Asia, the game is published by Singapore-based Garena. The company is working with ESL to host the Garena Masters. While four teams were invited directly, the remaining teams qualified for the open qualifiers.

Here’s everything you need to know about CoD: Mobile Masters season one.

Format

  • 16 teams will compete in the group stage (February 11-25) and a knockout stage (March 12 and 13) to decide the winner.
  • In the group stage, they will be divided into 4 groups, 4 teams each and play in a round-robin format. This means that each team will face the other teams in its group once.
  • The top two teams from the group stage will advance to the knockout round.
  • The knockout round will take place on March 12 and 13 with eight teams competing in a doubles knockout format.
  • All matches in Garena Masters will be the best of the five.
