How to use them and where to get them – FandomSpot

In Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, Letters of Repentance can be used to increase your PK score by 10,000 points – making the process much quicker compared to simply farming monsters to increase it.

They allow you to instantly get rid of the debuffs you get from too much PKing, which is great if you want to restore your lost stats before tackling hard or competitive game modes.

You can only get Repentance Letters from the Honor Medal Exchange Shop, and you can purchase them 10 times a week for 50 Honor Medals each.

What is the repentance letter for?

Item description (repentance letter)

This item is perfect for PKing as it will instantly increase your PK score without having to go through the time-consuming process of rebuilding it by farming monsters.

For reference, you get 1 PK point point (or alignment point) for every 1 monster killed.

If you use a letter of remorse, you will immediately receive 10,000 PK points!

Letters of Remorse are very valuable for players whose PK score is set way too low after killing too many players – they give them a variety of pesky stat-depleting debuffs.

Getting rid of these debuffs is important if you want to do your best in certain game modes like boss hunts or PVP, so consider buying Repentance Letters if you’re short on time.

Where to get remorse letters

The only reliable source for letters of contrition is the Honor Medal Exchange Shop.

This particular Exchange Shop uses Medals of Honor, which can mainly be farmed from PVP and Familiar battles.

To access this shop, just click on your menu – the three bar icon at the top right of your screen:

Main Screen> Menu / Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds”/><figcaption class=Main Screen > Menu

Next, go to the shop by clicking on the bottom icon on the right side of your screen:

Menu> Shop / Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds”/><figcaption class=Menu > Store

From there, a cascading menu will appear, giving you three different shops to choose from (four if you’re playing on a PC client).

Click on the Medals option to continue:

Shop> Medals / Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds”/><figcaption class=Shop > Medals

You will then be taken to the Medal Shop where you can purchase items using all types of in-game farming currencies.

The letters of contrition are located in the Honor Medal Exchange Shop, which can be accessed by clicking on the bottom option in the Exchange Shop:

Trade> Trade for Medals of Honor / Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds”/><figcaption class=Barter > Barter for Medals of Honor

In the Honor Medal Exchange Shop you can see the letters of remorse on the right side of the page:

There you go – you can now buy Repentance Letters to quickly increase your PK Score whenever you need them.

You can buy them 10 times a week for 50 Medals of Honor – allowing you to boost your PK Score up to 100,000 points per week for 500 Medals of Honor.

That’s over 100,000 monsters you don’t need to farm to increase your PK Score!

Buying 10 Letters of Remorse per week can be a little pricey, so my advice is to either cap your PKing or only buy them when you’re in a hurry to get rid of the debuffs you get from over PKing.
