How to redeem free Zeraora launch bonus in Pokémon UNITE

Pokémon UNITE has officially launched, with players worldwide now able to play for the first time Pokémon MOBA on Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.

UNITE is a free game that only gives players a certain number of Pokémon after they first download and complete the tutorial. The remaining squad needs to be unlocked through purchase or crushing to receive the UNITE License or the method used to unlock different Pokémon for use in matches.

Initially, as a reward for the launch window, TiMi Studio gave away to any player to download UNITE chance to redeem a free Fusion License for the Mythical Pokémon Zeraora. That promotion was brought back after the game launched for mobile and is still available to anyone who picks up the game.

To claim your Zeraora Unite License, you’ll need to first complete the game’s initial tutorial, which will then give you access to the main menu hub.

After completing the tutorial, you can navigate to the Events submenu and scroll down until you see “Zeraora Mission”. As detailed in the tab, to unlock the Electric type you only need to win 32 matches of any type, whether it’s casual, ranked or quick match.

Additionally, you’ll earn 100 Aeos Tickets, 450 Aeos Coins, and 50 Upgrade Items as you battle, with Zeraora joining your roster once you’ve completed your 32nd match.
