Stacking on throws

In addition to the Molotov cocktail, carrying a decoy can also help with flanking. Considering decoys are some of the first throws players can craft in the game, they’ll be more accessible.

Double-check your weapon

Bringing a dying weapon to an Evacuation Convoy can be a recipe for disaster. If your best weapon starts to crack under pressure, you could suddenly find yourself at a disadvantage.

Before you hit the road, you should check the durability of the weapon. Go to your weapon wheel and make sure your gun is in top shape.

Collect them around

Time will be of the essence while conducting Evacuation Trips. While you can take on zombies one by one, you’ll get better results when you approach the situation with an AoE mindset.

Start an encounter with decoys and collect zombies at a location of your choice. Once they’ve stacked, take out your Molotov and other similar throws. The zombies will be an easy target as they will be distracted by the decoys.

This technique will allow you to eliminate more zombies quickly. However, there will still be survivors and they will follow your direction when the effect of the decoy wears off. You’ll need to take out your weapon and start slashing through the rest of the crowd, which will be a lot smaller in size.

Break into the loot

The encounter will not end after killing all the zombies in the perimeter. You still need to claim your loot, the loot will be locked.

Examine the backs of military vehicles, tanks or secret rooms to find a padlock that protects hidden loot. Press your interactive button to initiate the unlocking process.
