How to open the Light Elf Outpost’s Nornir Chest

God of War players trying to unlock the Nornir chest in the Light Elf Outpost can find out the location of the three runes here.

Light Elf Outpost is a location in God of War it’s located in Lake Nine, and it’s home to a Nornir chest. This special chest has runes like the letters “C”, “R”, and “n” on it, and the player will need to destroy the associated seals to open the container. This is a process that fans are already quite familiar with at this point. God of War, although finding relevant seals can still be difficult.

God of War: Light Elf Outpost Nornir Chest Rune Location

Players should start by sitting directly in front of the Light Elf Outpost’s Nornir chest. From this position, fans will see the gap just to the left of the chest and they will see CHEAP shaped seal on the face of a cliff right in front of them. This seal can be easily destroyed by throwing Kratos .’s Leviathan and that’s exactly what players should do.

With the first seal destroyed, God of War player should turn right 90 degrees, follow the path that leads through the open gate and jump over a small opening when they reach it. Fans should turn left when they reach the other side of that gap and head toward the rock pillars that are rising above the water in front of them. The n .-shaped seal lying on a ledge near the top of the pillar closest to the edge of the path.

The player should now continue forward, climb down the chain, and enter the small niche to the left at the end of the chain, which contains a crystal they should pick up. This crystal should be brought forward and up the light ramp to the right, and fans will find themselves back in the Nornir chest once they reach the top. The God of War protagonist should now turn 90 degrees to his right and move through the passed open gate on the way to the n-shaped seal.

After passing through that portal, fans should turn left, cross the bridge of light, and stick to the right to follow a downward path that leads to a crystal reservoir. God of WarAtreus’s will shoot at the crystal once it’s placed in the reservoir to activate another bridge of light, and fans should head back down the downhill path and cross that bridge. The player now just has to follow the path ahead until it runs into another chain drop, and CLOUD-shaped seal located directly to the left on the face of a cliff.
