How to get frozen land and what is it for

However, despite these challenges, there are several important commodities and ores in ValheimMountain Biome that the player needs to progress in the game.

Where to get Freeze Glands in Valheim
To get Freeze Glands in Valheim, The player first needs to go to the Mountain Biome. Because of Valheim gives players different seeds With different map layouts, there is no clear way to locate the Mountain Biome. In general, players should watch out for areas of higher elevation as well as snow to get to the right location.
Mountain biomes are the natural next step after beat Bonemass in Valheim, the game’s third boss, and players need to invest a fair amount of time in armor and collect weapons to be able to participate in this challenge. Once there, the Drakes flying across the area are the key to obtaining the Freeze Glands.
These creatures are the only source of Freeze Glands in the game and are less of a challenge to kill as long as the player has Wolf Armor Valheim or are actively under the effects of anti-Frost drugs. Drake is weak at shooting and should be used with any bow in the game.

Freeze Glands are important for crafting a stick, an arrow, and a recipe as of this writing. At level 3 Forge, the player can craft a Frostner, one of the more powerful clubs in Valheim. Frostner costs 10 Ancient Bark, 30 Silver, 5 Ymir Flesh, and 5 Freeze Glands to craft and deals both frost and blunt damage when cast.
Possibly the most important use for Freeze Glands is to craft Frost Arrows. They can be created at Workbench and cost the player 8 Wood, 4 Obsidian, 2 Feathers and 1 Freeze Gland. This recipe creates 20 arrows and these arrows deal 26 piercing damage, 52 frost damage, and add a slow to enemies.
The ultimate use of Freeze Glands is to create Eyescream. This dish can be crafted at Cauldron and combines 3 Greydwarf Eyes with 1 Freeze Gland. Item obtained will add 21 to the player’s max health and 65 to the player’s max stamina.
