How do I find my screen time on an iPhone?

if you a Apple users and you want to keep track of how much time you spend on it your iPhonethis is how you can find out.

You’ll need to set up something called Screen Time – go to your Settings and select Screen Time and tap Turn On.

Tap Next and from there, if you’re setting up Screen Time for yourself on your own iPhone, tap This is My iPhone.

If you want to use Screen Time on all your Apple devices, you can scroll down and select the “Share across devices” option as well. If you’ve set up Family Sharing, you can also enable Screen Time for a family member using Family Sharing on your device.

Once you’ve set up Screen Time, you’ll be able to see a report that breaks down exactly how much time you’re spending on your phone and which apps are consuming the most attention.

Go to Settings again and select Screen Time.

From there, tap View All Activity, then you can choose to see a weekly or daily summary of your phone usage.

You can also add the Screen Time widget to your home screen so you can see at a glance which numbers you’re logging into.

How can I see my screen time on a Samsung?

Go to your Settings and select the Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls option. This will bring up a chart showing you a breakdown of the time you’ve been on your phone, which apps were taking up the most time and how many times you’ve unlocked your phone, and how many notifications you’ve received.

There are a few steps you can take if you want to set stricter limits on how much time you spend on your device.

For example, if you spend hours just scrolling through TikTok, you can set yourself a 15-minute timer that will result in your device locking you out of the app until the next day.

On the iPhone you can do this as follows:

  • Go to settings
  • Go to screen time
  • Go to App Limits and select Add Limit
  • Selecting one or more apps or app categories
  • Decide how much time you want to set aside for the day

On Android you can do this as follows:

  • Go to settings
  • Go to Applications
  • Select the app you want to set your timer to
  • Select “Screen Time”.
  • Selecting “App Timer”
  • Set how long you want your timer to last, from five minutes to 23 hours and 55 minutes
