How to evolve Stantler to get Wyrdeer in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Pokemon Legend: Arceus is adding a bunch of new Pokemon to the game, including new evolutions for older Pokemon including Qwilfish, Ursaring and Stantler, now evolved into Wyrdeer.

Stantler, like both Qwilfish and Ursaring, first launched in Gold and Silver Pokemon and seems to have been forgotten since then.

That is until the newest and arguably the most innovative Pokemon the game hits shelves, with a Normal-type Pokemon receiving a Normal/Psychic evolution in Wyrdeer, a Pokemon that is set to play an important role in the game. Legend: Arceus.

So to help you get it, here’s how you can evolve Stantler and get Wyrdeer in the new version Pokemon Legend: Arceus.

How to evolve Stantler to get Wyrdeer in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

The first step of this quest is to get yourself a Standler. Pokemon Big Horn can be found in many different locations.

In Obsidian Fields you’ll find it in Deertrack Heights, in Cobalt Coastlands, Stantler will be at Windbreak Stand, In Coronet Highlands Stantler will be in Wayward Wood and finally, it will be at Glacier Terrace in Alabaster Icelands.

Once you’ve got your Standler, it’s pretty easy to evolve it and get Wyrdeer in general. You will need to use the Standler in battle, use the Psyshield Bash move 20 different times while in Agility Style. You will then see that your Stantler will become a Wyrdeer.

Stantler learns the Psyshield Bash move at level 21, so to evolve this is the minimum you need to reach.
