How to evolve Machoke into Machamp in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Machamp is one of the strongest fighting-type Pokémon, and previously, players needed to trade Machoke to evolve it into Machamp. Trading remains active to evolve your Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, but that’s not the only way to do it anymore.

To find Machoke, the player can either go straight to the area where Machokes are, or capture Machop and evolve it into Machoke at level 28. Both Pokémon are available in several places:

Machop:

• Fields of Obsidian: Oreburrow Tunnel, Obsidian Falls
• Cobalt Coastlands: Castaway Shore
• Coronet Plateau: Bolderoll Ravine, Cloudcap Pass
• Alabaster Icelands: Icebound Falls, Arena Approach, Snowy Hot Springs

Machoke:

• Fields of Obsidian: Obsidian Falls
• Cobalt Coastlands: Castaway Shore
• Coronet Plateau: Bolderoll Ravine, Cloudcap Pass
• Alabaster Icelands: Icebound Falls, Arena Approach, Snowy Hot Springs

When you’re ready to evolve your Machoke, you’ll need to trade Pokémon or find a Link wire. With a little luck, you can find Links in Space-time distortion, but you can also buy it from Trading Post for 1000 MP. After you have it, use it on Machoke, and it will evolve into Machamp.

Traditional trading developments are also possible in Legend: Arceus. Just go to the Trading Post and start trading with other players and the Pokémon will still evolve as before.
