Survivors of the Void is the first paid expansion for Risk or Rain 2 since its launch. The new DLC offers two playable characters as well as some new items and weapons you’ll want to try.

While Railgunner, one of the new characters, is unlocked by playing the new DLC, the next character will only be available if you complete one of the two required quests.

You can start playing Simulacrum and try to get to wave 50 to unlock the Void Fiend, which is the choice of most people, or you can decide to get rid of the Planetarium!

How to Escape the Planetarium in Danger of Rain 2

To meet the boss in Planetarium, you need to first get a purple orb that leads you to the boss area. That purple orb is a random drop that can be obtained in any stage from Void Fields.

To enter the Void Fields, you should use the Null Portal, located in a secret cave in the shaft below the Blue Portal in the Bazaar.

So when you are in Void Fields you can get purple orbs at any stage. The purple orb will spawn a Void Gate, leading you to battle a spider-like Void boss in three stages. After defeating the boss in each level, it will teleport itself through a portal to the next world, and you should follow it through the portals. (Sincerely thank you Vale-X!)
