How to complete the Jar-Bairn quest in Elden Ring

Jar-Bairn is a brand new NPC with a quest of its own in Elden Ring was added to the game after the most recent update. He is also the key to completing the Diallos quest.

Jar-Bairn’s quest is tied to Diallos’s and Iron Fist Alexander’s quests, which means you should first complete both in order to be able to complete Jar-Bairn’s quest.

How to complete the Jar-Bairn quest in Elden Ring

Jar-Bairn is located in Jarburg southeast of Carian Study Hall in Liurnia of the Lakes, you can talk to him, but we recommend starting the Diallos quest first, it’s tied to the Volcano Manor quest . We have already explained how to complete Diallos’ quest here.

Once you find Diallos’ dead body and get his weapon, you should now complete the Iron Fist Alexander quest. Hopefully we’ve covered this in a separate article that you can read here.

After you get Alexander’s Organ in the Crimean Farum Azula, you can return to Jar-Bairn. Talk to him and then give him Alexander’s Innards. You will then get Jar Talisman Companion from Jar-Bairn, his quest will end now.
