The following month, the game attracted an average player count of 857,604, peaking at 1,305,714 concurrent players, according to Steam Charts. At that time, the US and many countries around the world imposed lockdown measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

In January 2022the game peaked with 991,625 concurrent players — up from 950,586 last month.
