How long to beat Horizon Zero Dawn and DLC before Forbidden West release
With the release of Horizon Forbidden West coming to an end, many may be curious if they can beat Zero Dawn before then, so here’s the amount of time fans can look forward to.
In about a month, Forbidden Horizon in the West will land on PS4 and PS5 consoles. Players will once again take on the role of Aloy, but this time as she ventures into the famous Forbidden West. Horizon has positioned it as one of Sony’s largest IPs, along with big franchise like Spiderman and God of War, and so the hype behind it cannot be underestimated.
It released in a competitive month, but it is unlikely to be missed even by Elden Ring. This shows just how popular IP has grown since Horizon Zero Dawn it was first released, many people ignored it because it came out close Zelda: Breath of the Wild. That’s in the past, though, now and more will delve into the day of Aloy’s adventures a month from now.
Of course, everything is shown for Forbidden Horizon in the West So far nothing has been lacking. It attracts a lot of players who may not have played the first game. As a sequel, it may not be so necessary to play the first one, but it certainly helps with returning the characters and coming back. concepts like GAIA and HADES. The best part is, if players start the game early, they can almost certainly beat the previous game Forbidden Horizon in the West on February 18.

- Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds – Main Story 8 hours; Main story + 13 hour spin-off; Finishing staff 18 hours
If a player takes a complete complete turn, including Frozen Wilds DLC, that would be about 78 hours of gameplay. That’s a little over 3 days, and while that will be hard for many gamers, it’s not impossible if they find themselves falling in love with Aloy and Horizon Zero Dawn. However, simply completing the main story of both the base game and the DLC puts the player in a reasonable 30-hour period. That could easily be done by February 18.
How long to beat the Western Forbidden horizon
Of course, that also raises the question of timing Forbidden Horizon in the West will. Unfortunately, neither Sony nor Guerrilla Games have commented on it, making it impossible to say. Forbidden Horizon in the Westfile size is huge compared to the first game, but that’s not really a reliable metric either.
