Program Rules: Before starting training, take a test. The test is intended to determine the maximum number of repetitions of an exercise at a time that you can perform. Now, based on the results of the test, select the program and start training. Press the button after each approach to call the rest timer (take a break for the recommended time or change it to your liking). Adhere to proper rest and nutrition regimen.
Example: In the test, you did 43 push-ups. Choose from a program of 100 pushups from a list of 41-45 pushups. Don’t forget to rest for 2 days after the test to recover.
