Home and Away Summer Preview: Who Killed Susie, Horror Murders, and Breakup Shock

It’s a summer that will change everything in Home and Away (Image: Freemantle Media)

Home and Away is the worst place of heartbreak, horror and murder in the coming weeks, as the residents of Summer Bay are rocked by the mysterious death of one of them.

Say no!

It will be a summer to remember, when relationships are tested, secrets are revealed and villain Susie McAllister (Bridie Carter) pays the ultimate price.

That’s right, in a shocking new storyline, a body washes up on a beach, and when the residents of Summer Bay gather nearby to find out what’s going on, they discover the body is none other than themselves. Susie’s!

With some of the Bay’s best people hanging out with the conspirator before her death, the list of suspects is immense.

But the question is: who killed Susie?

That remains to be seen!

Elsewhere, there are more relationship films for Tori Morgan and Christian Green, while Nikau Parata continues to focus on her image in an effort to grow her social media following.

It all kicks off in Summer Bay over the next few weeks and here’s everything you can expect.

Who killed Susie?

It’s a months-long story that’s made, after villain Susie McAllister (Bridie Carter) makes a bed-life with Leah Patterson (Ada Nicademou) and Justin Morgan’s (James Stewart) house deposit.

Leah, in the following weeks, joins forces with John Palmer (Shane Withington), who had his heart broken by the manipulative Susie, and Stephen (Bren Foster), another victim.

The trio set out to track down the woman who took everything from them, but had no luck finding her.

Susie’s movements, however, become the subject of a police investigation in the upcoming scenes, when a body washes up on the shores of Summer Bay.

New cop Cash Newman (Nicolas Cartwright) is on the case, and he later confirms that the corpse is Susie’s!

With many of Summer Bay’s best people motivated enough to want Susie dead, there’s no shortage of suspects.

Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger) goes on a well-deserved vacation, but she soon returns and finds herself involved in the murder.

The horny soap, who famously crossed paths with Susie a few months ago, certainly has plenty of reasons to want revenge, but she has actually capable of murder?

Actress Lynne McGranger explained: ‘Irene was the last person to see Susie alive before she disappeared after Susie disappeared.

‘Needless to say Irene is feeling a bit nervous when the police want to talk to her, because she doesn’t have the best record! I think this is the third time Irene has been arrested for murder! ‘

If not Irene, could Marilyn Chambers (Emily Symons) be the culprit? Or could John, Stephen, Leah or Justin play some part in Susie’s death?

Justin is addicted

Can Leah get Justin’s help? (Image: Channel 5)

Leah and Justin’s lives are turned upside down when Susie makes a fortune in cash. Leah’s investigation into her disappearance has been monopolistic throughout her time, much to Justin’s dismay.

Justin, meanwhile, is addicted to painkillers, and although Leah and Tori (Penny McNamee) have both questioned him about it, he denies it.

Upcoming scenes will see Justin explode as he assaults Stephen, who he believes has been spending too much time with Leah. Cash, after learning about the challenge, arrest him!

Will Justin get the help he needs?

Tori and Christian’s relationship goes bad

It’s been a rough couple of weeks for Tori and Christian (Image: Freemantle Media)

Tori is heartbroken because fiance Christian Green (Ditch Davey) has repeatedly prioritized patient Rachel over their relationship.

The neurosurgeon, who technically died earlier this year when the evil Lewis tried to kill him, believes he was saved by a higher power to rescue this Rachel, which makes Tori fear.

The duo’s relationship has suffered greatly over the past few weeks, and with Christian moving out, it’s safe to say things are only going to get worse for the couple. Jasmine (Sam Frost), meanwhile, finds herself caught in the middle, and inescapably guilt-ridden as she brings Lewis into their lives.

Nikau and Bella passed?

Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) and Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller) are enjoying a life of modeling and photography, but Nik is slowly being lured into focusing more on her looks – not to mention doing whatever it takes possible to increase the number of followers on social networks!

It’s safe to assume these will continue to be his main goals going forward, but will any of those closest to him notice the pressure he’s under? are not? Tane (Ethan Browne)’s interest was fueled by his nephew’s focus on fitness a few weeks ago, but will Bella find out what her daughter is up to?

Bella has other priorities lately, as she prepares for her upcoming photo exhibition.

Both she and Nik have decided to go on this journey together, but it’s safe to say it’s only a matter of time before outside interference threatens to tear them apart. Will Sienna Blake (Rose Riley) finally get her way?

Mackenzie’s downward spiral continues

Mack has been through a lot! (Photo: Freemantle Media)

Mackenzie (Emily Weir) has been through a lot in the past year, after she and Ari broke up. Later, Salt’s manager found out that she was pregnant, but in a cruel fate, she lost the baby.

In the weeks that follow, Mack tries to hide his pain in a series of one-night situations, much to Dean’s (Patrick O’Connor) frustration.

More heartbreaking for Martha and Alf?

Alf Stewart (Ray Meagher) reunites with Martha (Belinda Giblin) after her time on the mental health residential program.

She is doing much better. That is, since her son Kieran was arrested.

Little do they know, however, that Kieran has contacted Roo (Georgie Parker), saying he wants to reconnect with his family!
