Here’s If You Can Play Pokemon Go Okinawa Event and Start Time

The Pokemon Go The Okinawa event, as the name implies, is only available in the Okinawa region. That means not even the whole of Japan has access to the event, except for residents of Okinawa. If you live outside of Okinawa, you won’t be able to play this game.

The event will begin on March 19, 2022 and will run for over a year. As part of the event, a Pikachu wearing an Okinawan kariyushi will appear in the wild. This version of Pikachu is exclusive to this event, so you won’t be able to get it any other way.

Along with that, players will also be able to encounter Corsola in the wild. Corsola has a shiny variant in the game, so if you’re looking for it, chances are you can get it too. Corsola is not available everywhere and only spawns in select areas in the game, including Okinawa.

That’s not all. Players playing from Okinawa will see new PokéStops at Poké Lids (for those unaware, these are Pokémon-themed maintenance pit covers) along with a number of Okinawa’s tourist attractions. There will also be some giveaways at PokéStops, including in-game Postcard illustrations that will be completely exclusive. All in all, it’s a pretty good way to add some interesting items to your collection. Here’s If You Can Play Pokemon Go Okinawa Event and Start Time
