Here are the patch notes for Pokémon UNITE version

TiMi Studio has been very busy today, rolling out Dragonite as a playable Pokémon, pushing him through his next battle, Disaster Agent, live and releasing a new balance patch that changes pretty much about Pokémon UNITE.

The version patch includes many buffs and nerfs for the playable list, but also fixes some fundamental issues with the game, including adding actual move text to all of the games. Dragonite’s attack, which didn’t appear when Dragonite first appeared.

Additionally, a new fix has been applied to quick, standard, and ranked matchmaking that aims to “better ensure that players with similar skill levels are matched.” If this works. It might make gameplay a little less frustrating for Rated players who are at Super but continue to play games with Veterans players or below.

As for the patch itself, Eldegoss received some major rework to make Cotton Spore a more viable move thanks to some increased damage and effect duration. Venusaur also has some pretty big changes, weakening Petal Dance’s effect on the user and powering up Sun Rays and Mud Bombs.

Decidueye and Pikachu also get some much needed buffs, with Decidueye’s Leaf Storm getting some increased effects and Leafage dealing more damage, while Pikachu will deal more damage with some of its moves.

Slowbro has also had its ability reworked, with Oblivious now allowing Pokémon to briefly store lost HP and use it to restore health when attacking an opponent’s Pokémon.

Outside of another hotfix or last-minute patch, this will likely be the last sizable update pushed to UNITE in 202. Here are the full version patch notes.
