Henry Cavill, who debuted Superman in Man of Steel in 2013, talking about taking on the role, believes there could be multiple Supermans.

Henry Cavill, who made his debut as an icon Superman in 2013 Man of Steel, still playing the DC hero once again. In fact, he also believes that there can be many Supermans.

Cavill recently discussed many of his iconic roles, particularly his breakout role in By Zack Snyder Man of Steel restart. While that movie was an instant hit, with many fans demanding a direct sequel, DC continued in the direction of its shared universe with crossover movies like 2016. “There is still a lot of story left for me to be a Superman, and I absolutely love the opportunity,” Cavill said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. Cavill dives deeper into his emotional scene where Superman breaks his code of ethics to kill General Zod and that ultimately gives his character a reason to never kill again. “There’s an opportunity to grow then, to explore Superman’s psyche as a deep, seemingly invulnerable, but real feeling inside. While Cavill has stated he will still play Superman in future films, he’s also excited about the idea. Along with Cavill’s work, DC’s projected movies for 2022 like Batman, Black Adam, The Flash, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom sure to keep many fans satisfied in the meantime.
