Since my life was defined so much by the pair of sneakers I was wearing back then, I never had a ton of great shoes other than the latest Vans or Converse. As a result, I didn’t know where to look when I needed some nicer shoes or boots. There are so many different boots out there with radically different designs and prices that even getting started was overwhelming. The good news is that once you try Helm Hynes Boots, you’ll never need to find another pair of boots again.

Since I try so many products, it has to be something unique for them to stand out to me. What sets Helm Hynes Boots apart is the incredibly high quality of materials, next-level comfort and obviously stylish design. Simply put, the boots are simply well made and well designed. The Helm Hynes Boots are made of soft yet robust natural leather. The exterior is made of full-grain Neymar leather, while the interior is fully lined with soft natural leather. The midsole of the boots is made of compound rubber and the outsole is made of molded rubber with a leather heel.

Materials aside, the Helm Hynes Boots are designed in a chukka-style design with a mid-top. This makes the boots the most versatile as they work well with both formal wear and more casual looks. Additionally, the mid-top design means you don’t have to spend ages lacing the entire shoe, which while a minor complaint for other options, makes a huge difference over time. Like many other chukka boots, the Hynes boots have few laces at the top, giving them a more open and subtle look when worn.

Perhaps what I like best about the exterior (besides the nice leather) is how well the sole contrasts with the upper. Featuring black, brown, and tan lines, the boots have a subtle flair that sets them apart from many of their counterparts.

However, what makes these boots incredible compared to many others is how insanely comfortable they are. The boots are rightfully more comfortable than some running shoes I’ve owned in the past. The heel padding feels so good I would almost wear it at home instead of going barefoot. Perhaps the most surprising thing about all of this is that the shoes also offer pretty solid arch support. Almost all traditional style shoes and boots usually fall quite short in this area, but Hynes Boots have given this area a definite attention.

The absolute smallest detail on the boots, which is perhaps what I love most about them, is the insole, the boots have a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson in them. You’ll have to get your own pair to find out which one it is, but every time I put them on I read the quote and look forward to my day. Depending on what suits your personal taste better, you can get the Hynes Helm Boots in black or brown.
