Hawkins blows off roofs in Rip-Roaring season 4 trailer

“People are saying that Hawkins is cursed.” You do not say?
Netflix has released the full trailer for Strange things season four, and again, there’s a problem with the “T” in Hawkins. This trailer has been around for a long time, after countless short, unclear trailers (it even started prior to pandemic), but now we finally know more details. While Max (Sadie Sink) mourns the death of her abusive brother Billy (Dacre Montgomery), she seems to be gaining her own powers — while Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) loses hers. . As Eleven tells her loved ones her mysterious powers are disappearing, Max stands two meters above the ground above her brother’s grave.
That power will likely come in handy at Rink-O-Mania, a new hangout for the team in season 4 (for a long time, Starcourt Mall). Between new monsters, wicked villains and an impending war, the disco ball still spins on the rink, for Strange things vintage ’80s vibe. And somehow these kids are still in high school, so the trailer teases more Degrassi– Featured teen movie coming out.
By far the scariest part of the trailer is that the recurring haunted house, formerly introduced as “Creel House,” still stands. There were some ticking clocks (it was horrifying), a bat/light storm (bone-chilling) and a guitar solo on the roof (epic). Whatever’s going on at Creel House, give us at least four episodes of it.
In short, the post-credits scene in season three isn’t a red herring: Hopper (David Harbor) is alive and well back. Joining him in season four are returning stars Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Sadie Sink, Winona Ryder, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Noah Schnapp and Maya Hawke. All the gangs are here!
Strange thingsone of Netflix’s most popular franchises, launched on the platform in the summer of 2016. Those kids are definitely not kids anymore, and it’s showing – these young people will must use more anti-aging cream, or maybe ask Martin Scorsese to share some of the special effects he used on Robert DeNiro in Irish peopleto create the fifth and final ordered season of the show.
Strange things season four will premiere in two parts; The first season hits Netflix on May 27, but you’ll have to wait until July 1 for the second half.
