Super Chef has been at the heart of Twitch’s latest reaction meta, watched on stream by some of the platform’s biggest streamers like xQc, Hasan, Trainwrecks, etc. Gordon Ramsey even references the development of his show on Twitch in a recent tweet.

Hasanreacted to tens of hours Super Chef on stream, with views as recent as yesterday. After receiving a direct message from Twitch staff, Pluto, part of the Twitch Partner Department, Hasan announced the end of Super Chef meta.

“Okay, it’s over. Yes, Super Chef ended, “Hasan announced after a long pause in live streaming,”Super Chef like a completely finished meta. It is done. The sudden announcement was made to the chagrin and skepticism of the conversation. “I’m sorry boys. Damn it, “Hasan imitates TV star chef,” but unfortunately Super Chef will no longer be viewed on this or other streams. Here you are. The controversy is over.”

Then on Twitter, Hasan posted a copyright takedown request sent to him by Twitch. Fox Network, organization Super Chef, issued a takedown request against Hasan to rebroadcast their show. Hasan hinted that other creators who also streamed the popular show won’t be able to watch the show on the stream and may have faced similar takedown requests.

This announcement was made less than a day later Popular streamer Pokimane banned from watching for 48 hours Avatar: The Last Airbender on line. While the reactive meta has been in vogue on Twitch for some time, the restrictions only continue to hold back streamers.
