Halo Infinite Loading Map 35% Fix
As mentioned earlier, players find themselves unable to get past load point 35 when using their map.
Some have found that backing up using B and trying to import the map again loads it up to 54 but then stops.
This seems to be just a PC issue and so it looks like it could be a memory related issue, so far no console players have reported a similar issue.
Test your RAM
Usually, when a header can’t fully load something, it means there isn’t enough memory to do so.
Delete the game cache file
According to a member on Reddit, they found that clearing their game cache files resolved the issue that prevented the map from getting stuck on download 35 and no more.
To do this you will need to locate your cache files in the Steam folder, this is different for each computer, so do some digging.
You can then delete the people corresponding to Halo Infinite.
Verify integrity of game files
Sometimes your game files themselves will get corrupted, to solve this you will need to check the integrity of the files.
Here are the exact instructions provided directly by Steam on how to do so:
- Restart your computer and launch Steam
- Next, you can right-click the game in your Library or click the gear icon from the game’s Library page on the far right.
- From the drop-down menu, select Properties…
- Select the Local Files tab and click the Verify Game File Integrity…
- Steam will verify the game’s files – this may take a few minutes
