NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — The NYPD is attempting to determine three individuals who had been allegedly lighting fireworks and assaulted a person who complained concerning the noise.
It occurred on the nook of seventy fifth Road and Juniper Boulevard North in Queens on July 23 round 10 p.m.

In accordance with police, the 44-year-old sufferer was strolling his canine when he noticed the group lighting fireworks and screaming.
